David Culbert

David Culbert is a seasoned music industry professional with significant experience in program management, outreach, and business support. Currently serving as a Programme & Outreach Officer at Help Musicians UK since March 2017, David also holds the position of Managing Director at In Black Records, a record label and publisher, since June 2015.
