Ashwin Parulkar

Ashwin Parulkar is the Associate Vice President of Research at HELP USA, where they focus on issues related to homelessness, poverty, and human rights. With a rich background in research and policy, Ashwin has previously held positions at the International Food Policy Research Institute, Action Aid India, and Freedom House, contributing to significant publications on food security and civil liberties in South Asia. Ashwin's academic journey includes a B.S. in Management from Case Western Reserve University and advanced degrees in International Relations and Creative Writing from Syracuse University, and they are currently pursuing a PhD in Development Studies at the International Institute of Social Studies.
