Tom Cardamone

Tom Cardamone is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training, development, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Associate Vice President of Training and Development at HELP USA, Tom co-created the organization's first Diversity Council and oversees a Social Work Internship Program. Previous roles include Director of Training and Development at HELP USA, Senior Director of Engagement and Development at BTQ Financial, and Director of Training and Staff Development at Housing Works, where Tom initiated numerous impactful training programs and streamlined processes. Tom's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Humanities from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University.
