Daniel Monjean

Daniel Monjean has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Daniel started working at HanseMerkur in 2012 as a Versicherungsvertreter, where they provided assistance and information to both new and existing customers regarding insurance-related matters, with a focus on personal insurance such as health and life insurance. In 2017, they joined helpcheck as a Customer Success Manager, working closely with partners and lawyers to ensure a smooth legal process and a satisfying customer experience. Later, they took on the role of Team Lead - Life Insurance Claims at helpcheck and became the main point of contact for their team, partners, and partner lawyers. Daniel supervised personnel coordination and reviewed all workflow processes to facilitate the efficient processing and enforcement of customers' legal claims.
