Jesus Reys

Jesus Reys has over 15 years of work experience in operations management, customer service, and technical customer support. In 2018, they began working as a Director of Operations for HelpFlow and as an Independent Contractor for Upwork. From 2013 to 2018, they held the role of Operations Manager at Convergys. From 2007 to 2013, they worked as an Operations Manager for Cricket, Bioware/EA, Virgin Mobile Australia, and Telecom NZ, as well as a Team Supervisor for Telecom NZ. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as a Production Team Leader for West Contact Services, and from 2004 to 2005, they worked as a Technical Customer Support Representative for Ambergris Solutions, Inc.

Jesus Reys attended the University of the Philippines from 1997 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology. Jesus then attended AMA University from 1998 to 2003, where they earned a BS in Engineering.
