Danielle Garcia

Danielle Garcia is a dedicated political science educator and cultural strategist who focuses on advancing equity through education and organizational culture. Currently, Danielle serves as a People and Culture Consultant and the Head of Community and Culture at HelpGrid. Previously, Danielle held positions as an Employee Engagement Program Coordinator at Xexec and a People, Culture, and Learning Associate at Lloyd, where they implemented various programs to foster inclusive workplaces. Danielle earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from St. Francis College and a Master's degree in Political Science from The Graduate Center, City University of New York.
