Fran Blanco is a technology infrastructure expert with extensive experience in IT management and consultancy. Currently serving as Director de Infraestructura Tecnológica, Sistemas, BigData y Visualización de datos at HelPhone since November 2009, Fran is a key member of the company's leadership team and oversees corporate IT systems, including a primary focus on the call center platform.
