Helping Hand is a registered Hong Kong charity that has provided housing and care to the elderly in the community since 1978. We offer a wide range of services to meet the needs of senior citizens.
We currently operate 3 Care & Attention Homes caring for the frail and elderly suffering from dementia or other illnesses, as well as 3 Self Care Homes where the elderly living in a community supporting each other. 
In our Integrated Home in Zhaoging, Guangdong Province, Hong Kong elderly can choose to live and receive full nursing care, rehabilitation and support.
Our unique Holiday Center, open to all Hong Kong residents, offers recreational and educational services in beautiful surrounding overlooking Tolo Harbour, giving a much-needed break from everyday life to the elderly and their caregivers. 
We also operate a Day Care Center and run a comprehensive outreach program in the community.

It is our firm belief that senior citizens should be entitled to enjoy a rich and dignified life after years of contribution to the society.

Our Objective and Mission:
Helping Hand's objective is to meet the emerging housing, caring and other needs of our senior citizens as quickly, effectively, and imaginatively as possible. In order to cope with the rapid social changes and the changing needs and aspirations of our senior citizens, we are always ready to tackle problems, try out new ideas and pioneer alternative approaches.
