🌟 Introducing Our New Modern Psychology Practice: Helping Humans Thrive🌟

My name is Alison Lenehan, ADHD, 'Borderline' & Trauma Specialist and psychologist. I am so proud to announce the launch of my beautiful space called Helping Humans Thrive, located in Lindfield on the Upper North Shore of Sydney.

Serene, spacious and modern, our brand-new architecturally designed consultation space has been inspired by a ‘New York’-style approach to mental health treatment – with warm earthy tones and greenery to help our clients remain calm and feel tranquil throughout their visit.

Specialising in Complex Cases:

At Helping Humans Thrive, we have a deep understanding and expertise in working with complex clients, including those with:

🌟 Complex Family Dynamics

We are passionate about making a positive impact on mental health and helping our clients lead fulfilling lives. Whether you're seeking support for complex mental health issues, trauma recovery, or personal growth, we're here to guide you every step of the way.
