HelpMyCloud is a cloud based ticketing tool to provide on-demand, spot consulting and long-term support options.

The HelpMyCloud tool was established in 2014 to help meet the market demand of having alternative support options for SuccessFactors clients.

HelpMyCloud is owned and operated by Veritas Prime LLC, a SuccessFactors / SAP Cloud Partner.

All support resources provided by HelpMyCloud are US based resources, employed by Veritas Prime, other SF/SAP implementation partners, or independent contractors.

All support resources have been independently verified by Veritas Prime for appropriate experience level, skill set and qualifications. Each resource maintains a SuccessFactors Certifications for the modules they are certified to support.
