Abhishek Gupta

Abhishek Gupta is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in building and delivering large-scale data applications. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Helpshift since May 2017, Abhishek has previously held roles including Associate Engineering Manager and SDE 3. Prior to Helpshift, Abhishek worked at Snapdeal as a Lead Software Engineer, where significant achievements included reducing infrastructure costs and resolving critical deployment issues. Abhishek also served as Project Lead at Belzabar Software Design India Private Limited, overseeing the development of a complex enterprise web application and leading a large-scale data migration project. Earlier experience includes positions at Tata Consultancy Services as an Associate Systems Engineer and as an intern at Sun Microsystems Inc. Abhishek holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur.
