Kp Akash

KP Akash has extensive work experience in product management and leadership roles. KP is currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Helpshift since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Essex Lake Group from 2019 to 2021 as a Product Leader, responsible for a diverse portfolio of predictive and prescriptive analytics products powered by AI and ML. Before that, they served as the Head of Product and Customer Experience at SOTI from 2013 to 2019. Akash also worked as the Head of Product at Indiabulls Group from 2011 to 2013, where they led a team in the development and support of multiple commercial banking websites and mobile apps. KP has prior experience as a Manager of Product Growth and Customer Success at Perot Systems Corporation from 2010 to 2011 and as a Product Lead at Microsoft from 2008 to 2010. Akash began their career at XploreTech Global Solutions Private Limited as a Product Supervisor from 2007 to 2008, where they developed quality frameworks and conducted trainings for support associates.

KP Akash has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. They also have a PGP in Data Science & Business Analytics from the Texas McCombs School of Business. KP Akash has a degree in Design Thinking & Strategic Acumen for Product Leaders from the Institute of Product Leadership and a degree in Blockchain & Digital Marketing from the Blockchain Academy. They hold a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Customer Experience & Hospitality Management from the IIAS Education Group. KP Akash completed their Sr. Secondary Education at The Army Public School. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in various fields such as product strategy, agile product management, blockchain, digital marketing, and customer analytics.
