Manoj Nagar is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in software development and leadership. Currently serving as an Associate Engineering Manager at Helpshift since July 2016, Manoj leads a team of 8 engineers managing extensive backend and frontend operations, including overseeing a web client with over 2.5 billion installations. Previous roles at Helpshift include Lead Software Engineer, where Manoj spearheaded projects using various technologies such as Clojure and Kafka, and Senior Software Engineer, focusing on the Helpshift SDK utilized in billions of client installations. Manoj's earlier experience includes positions at Housing.com, Samsung R&D Institute India, and a summer internship at John Deere. Manoj holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Indore.
