Tom Wood

Tom Wood, SCLA, MLS, is the Workers Compensation Claims Director at Helpside, where they oversee TPA operations and enhance claims performance. With extensive experience in auditing and compliance at ICW Group from 2018 to 2023, Tom ensured adherence to state regulations across multiple jurisdictions. Prior to that, they served as a Claims Specialist at Sentry Insurance from 2008 to 2017, managing complex workers compensation claims and mentoring fellow adjusters. Tom is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at San Jose State University while holding a Master's degree in Legal Studies from the University of Arizona.
