As Co-Founder of HELPSY since May 2016, Dan leads the certified B Corporation that focuses on collecting clothing, shoes, and accessories to promote reuse and recycling, processing millions of pounds annually. Dan also serves as Principal at AD&D Partners, providing financial and strategic support to enhance environmental sustainability and community welfare. Previous roles include Vice President of Business Development at First Data Corporation and Director positions at Millennium Management and RBC Capital Markets. Dan began a career as an Associate Director and Credit Analyst at Barclays Investment Bank and worked as an Economist at Moody's Analytics. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Carnegie Mellon University and a BA in Economics from Swarthmore College.
