Thomas Thomsen

Thomas Thomsen is a strategic chair and non-executive director with more than 15 years of board experience. They currently serve as chairman of the board at Helsam Gruppen A/S and European Lifecare Group, are founder of Value Impact United, and hold present board roles at Lift Relations, Matr Foods, BrandFix A/S, and Salfarm. Previously, they served as Chief Executive Officer of Ascendis Health (2017–2019) and as SVP Global Consumer Healthcare at Reckitt Benckiser (2007–2010), and held leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson (General Manager Central Eastern Europe; Managing Director Nordic) during 2002–2006. They earned a BA in Anthropology from Copenhagen University (1994–1997) and completed MBA executive programs at London Business School (1999), INSEAD (2000), and IMD (2001), as well as a BA in Marketing Management from Lyngby Business Academy (1992–1994).
