Moa Ingrell

Moa Ingrell is a section chief of civil preparedness and information security, actively working in risk and vulnerability analysis and continuity management. Moa has previously served as an advisor at Sveriges Riksdag and held various roles in Helsingborgs stad, including security strategist and investigator. With a Master's degree in International Administration and Global Governance and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Göteborgs universitet, Moa is driven by a strong interest in investigative methodology and the impact of individual behaviors and organizational cultures on decision implementation.
