Over 85% of Nigeria’s food comes from rural smallholder farmers — and we’re helping them grow more.

At Hemam, we are contributing to fixing Nigeria’s fragmented food systems by supporting rural farmers with quality inputs, training, technology, and access to markets — turning potential into prosperity. Since 2015, we have worked with over 30,000 farmers in Kaduna and Kogi states, helping them boost yields from 1.5 to 4.5 tons per hectare and generating over ₦30 billion in economic value.

As a trusted supplier to agro-industrial giants like Dangote Group, Flour Mills of Nigeria, Olam, Lafarge, Slabmarks Groups, Grand Cereals, and many more, we bridge the gap between farmers and markets — ensuring food grown in villages reaches tables nationwide.

By 2040, we aim to support 1.5 million farmers across Africa, producing 7 million tons of food annually and trading 10 million tons of commodities.
