Until his retirement in 2004, Mr. Testa was Vice Chairman and Chief Investment of T. Rowe Price where he built a very successful 30+ year career. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price, Mr. Testa worked for IBM in their Data Processing Division.
He earned his undergraduate degree from Williams College and his MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was named a Baker Scholar.
