Gedde Laboe

Gedde Laboe has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. In 2008, they started their career as a Journeyman Ironworker at Superior Rigging And Erecting, where they worked until 2011. They then joined Bechtel National Inc as a Quality Professional in 2012. After that, they worked at Wachs Services from 2013 to 2016 in the role of Quality Professional. In 2017, they joined Derr & Isbell Construction LLC as a Project Quality Manager, a position they held until 2019. In 2019, they joined Advantage Industrial Systems, LLC, initially as a Site Quality Manager and later as an Operations Project Manager until 2020. Currently, they are the Director of Project Management at HEMI Systems, starting in October 2020.

Gedde Laboe attended the Hobart Institute of Welding Technology in 2015, where they obtained a degree in Certified Welding Inspector / Certified Welding Educator (CWI/CWE). Additionally, they completed the Occupational Safety and Health Technology/Technician program at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Furthermore, they pursued an ICC Special Bolting Inspector certification in High Strength Bolting from the International Code Council. Lastly, Gedde Laboe obtained a Level 2 Un-bonded Post Tensioning Inspector degree from the Post-tensioning Institute, focusing on Un-bonded Post Tensioning.
