Michael Robert Bauer

Michael Robert Bauer is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Corporate Development and M&A Manager at Hemiko since October 2023. Previously, at Mura Technology, Michael managed project and corporate finance, leading a team in the financial structuring of green chemical assets, successfully raising equity funding, and negotiating various project agreements. Michael's prior experience includes roles at Allianz Global Investors, where detailed due diligence of renewable energy projects was performed, and at UBS, focusing on institutional equity sales. Michael holds an LLM in International Financial and Commercial Law from King's College London and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School, along with a B.Sc in International Management from the International School of Management, complemented by international study experiences at Tsinghua University and the University of Melbourne.
