Hemisphere is a contemporary, Australasian-inspired restaurant and bar nestled in the heart of West Bridgford, Nottingham. Established in October 2024 by renowned local chef Paul Thacker and his wife Rachel, Hemisphere blends modern European, Asian, and Australasian influences to offer a vibrant and upscale dining experience. With over 25 years of culinary expertise, including accolades earned at the prestigious Chino Latino and other esteemed venues, Paul’s dream of opening his restaurant has finally come true. Now, with the original Chino Latino chef team reunited, they are bringing a fresh, exciting concept to West Bridgford. As an independent, family-run establishment, Hemisphere prides itself on its commitment to quality, creativity, and exceptional, personalized hospitality.

By day, Hemisphere serves a relaxed menu with brunch favorites like soufflé pancakes with matcha green tea custard and miso-glazed salmon with poached eggs. For lunch, guests can enjoy a competitive Express Tapas Menu, offering a diverse and satisfying selection of our evening menu.

In the evening, the space transforms into a relaxed upscale tapas restaurant, showcasing vibrant East Asian flavors. The restaurant also incorporates the successful Uramaki Handmade Sushi venture, offering luxurious, handcrafted sushi.

Located at 26a Tudor Square, West Bridgford, NG2 6BT, Hemisphere occupies the former Shalimar building, which was extensively refurbished before the restaurant's opening. The interior is designed to create a warm, inviting atmosphere perfect for any occasion.
