Matt Eddy

Matt Eddy has extensive experience in construction management and facilities engineering, currently serving as Senior Construction Manager and Facilities Management Services Team Leader at Hemlock Semiconductor Corporation since 2005. In this role, Matt oversees the construction service organization for all capital and expense work at the HSC site. Previously, Matt coordinated significant projects, including the $212 million Solar 1 Expansion, focusing on construction management, contract administration, and safety compliance. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Dow Corning and Inter-Technical Group, managing operations for mechanical and fabrication shops, as well as contractor performance and project scope development. Matt holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Northwood University.
