Michael Haynes

Michael Haynes is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and inspection within the semiconductor industry. Since September 2011, Michael has served as the Predictive Maintenance Team Leader and QA/QC Supervisor at Hemlock Semiconductor, earning recognition for exceptional organizational and leadership skills. Michael holds both Global API 570 and NACE Level I certifications, underscoring expertise in mechanical integrity. Prior to Hemlock Semiconductor, Michael worked as a Level II inspector at Acuren, specializing in various inspection methods, including magnetic particle and ultrasonic testing. Michael began a career in engineering as a Designer/Detailer at Apex Engineering, focusing on duct work layout and testing. Michael completed education at East Detroit High School and Macomb Community College.
