Michael Moen

Michael Moen's work experience includes roles at ATMI as the Manager of SEC Reporting from April 2009 to October 2010, at Entegris as Assistant Controller from April 2009 to October 2010, and Director of Financial Reporting & Assistant Controller from October 2010 to April 2015. Michael then moved to Hubbell Incorporated, where they held various positions from May 2015 to August 2023, including Director of Financial Reporting, Vice President of Finance, VP GM Wiring Systems, and VP of Finance. Most recently, Michael Moen served as the Chief Financial Officer at Hemlock Semiconductor starting in August 2023.

Michael Moen earned their Bachelor of Science in Economics and Banking from Appalachian State University in 1990. Michael then went on to obtain a Masters of Science in Accounting from the same university in 1991.
