Mike Grillo

Mike Grillo possesses extensive experience in the chemicals manufacturing sector, with a current role as Director of Chemicals Manufacturing at Hemlock Semiconductor, where tenure began in October 2014. Prior positions at Hemlock include Manufacturing Expansion Manager, Engineering & Services Manager, and Operations Unit Manager. From December 2005 to October 2014, Mike was with Dow Corning as a Global Supply Chain Planner, Team Leader, and Manufacturing Engineer. Earlier in Mike's career, from 1999 to 2005, a role as Process Supervisor was held at Pfizer. Mike Grillo holds an MBA from Northwood University - DeVos Graduate School, obtained between 2007 and 2009, as well as a BS in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University, completed in 2002.
