Ryan Shuman

Ryan Shuman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and project leadership roles. Currently serving as Strategic Project Leader and Intermediates Team Leader at Hemlock Semiconductor since September 2014, Ryan has progressed through various leadership positions, including HOST/Distillation Team Leader and HOST/HCl Team Leader. Prior experience includes serving as a Manufacturing Engineer at Dow Corning, where responsibilities encompassed the operation, maintenance, and improvement of manufacturing processes, and as a Reliability Engineer and Project Engineer at Hemlock Semiconductor, focusing on reliability needs and project management for capital projects. Ryan holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwood University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
