Stephen Pawelkowski

Stephen Pawelkowski is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and operations leadership within the petrochemical and semiconductor industries. Currently serving as Engineering Team Leader at Hemlock Semiconductor since April 2022, Stephen has previously held significant roles at Delek US Holdings, Inc., managing a $25 million project portfolio as Senior Project Engineer and overseeing process development as Process Development Manager. With a background that includes roles such as Polysilicon Production Manager at Hemlock Semiconductor and Facilities Maintenance Manager at Molten Metal Technology, Stephen has demonstrated a consistent ability to drive operational improvements and manage large-scale projects. Stephen holds an MBA from Michigan State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
