Steven Holty

Steven Holty is an experienced professional in sustainability and manufacturing leadership, currently serving as the Sustainability Leader at Hemlock Semiconductor since 2005, focusing on transforming the company towards sustainable practices. Prior positions include Senior Six Sigma Black Belt & Program Leader, where Steven led improvement teams and managed strategic programs, and Senior Manufacturing Team Leader, overseeing a cross-functional team to enhance operational technology. Steven's earlier roles include engineering positions at Dow Corning and Cargill, and a chemical engineering internship at Dow. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from South Dakota Mines and an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Northwood University. Additionally, Steven served as Co-Chair of the Energy Intensive Industry within the Council on Climate Solutions for the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy in 2021.
