Chris Ward

Chris Ward is the Managing Director at Hemlow. Prior to this, they were the Director at Hemlow Ltd from January 2016 to January 2021 where they were responsible for driving strategic growth of the company, maintaining the revenue line, managing the sales and marketing department, developing key customer relationships, implementing client CPD training programmes, being P&L responsible for the company and implimenting strategic improvements to company processes and systems. Before this, they were the Business Development Manager at Hemlow Ltd from February 2013 to January 2016 where they set up the sales and marketing department as part of a new head office function, implemented an end-to-end sales and bid management process including pricing tools and tender documentation, developed a marketing strategy including a new website, campaign management, Salesforce CRM system and CPD training programme and secured £2.3m of new maintenance agreements through competitive tender. Chris Ward has also been the Head of Business Development - HVACR at Carrier Corporation from January 2011 to February 2013 and the UK Sales Manager at Carrier Corporation from January 2008 to January 2011.

Chris Ward has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Surrey, a 16th Edition in Electrician from Willesden College, and an NVQ in HVAC from Willesden College.
