Ron Phalen, RN BSN, is a skilled healthcare professional with extensive experience in sales and business management within the medical sector. Currently serving as the West Region Business Manager at HemoSonics, LLC since September 2019, Ron previously held key positions such as Regional Business Manager for CoaguSense and Strategic Business Executive for Alere/Siemens Health Care, where expertise in blood gas systems and sales strategy contributed to regional growth. With a career initiated at El Camino Hospital as a Clinical Nurse IV, Ron has developed a strong foundation in clinical care and leadership, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science from San Jose State University.
