Diane Lüber

Diane L. has extensive experience in the fields of talent management and development, currently serving as the Manager of Talent and Culture (Regional) at Lazada since April 2019, while also supporting Singapore entities. Prior to this role, Diane held various positions at RedMart, including Manager and Senior Associate in Organisation and Talent Development. Previously, Diane worked at InterContinental Hotels Group and Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts as a Learning and Development Executive, and also gained hospitality experience in multiple roles at InterContinental Singapore. Diane began their career as a Management Trainee at InterContinental Beijing Beichen. Diane holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Management) from the University of Adelaide and has education from Ngee Ann Polytechnic and Temasek Polytechnic.
