Stephen O'Reilly

Stephen O'Reilly is currently a Partner and Head of Charities and Social Enterprise at Hempsons, where they advise charities, not-for-profits, and educational institutions on corporate governance, mergers, commercial law, and regulatory matters. Previously, Stephen held roles as a Solicitor at Penningtons Solicitors LLP, Russell-Cooke, and as a Legal Director and Partner at Eversheds Sutherland, where they established a charity team and provided significant expertise in the charity sector. Stephen has also obtained a BA Hons in History from the University of Nottingham and completed a PGDL & LPC in Law at The University of Law.
