Roland Weening is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as CEO of Capri Sun Group since February 2016, Weening oversees a portfolio known for its substantial global sales and comprehensive pouch solutions. In addition to leadership roles at Pouch Partners and Oppo Brothers Ice Cream, Weening acts as an Independent Board Member at Hemro Group and provides advisory support to War Child Holland. Previously, Weening held significant positions at Mondelēz International, including President of Coffee, and spent over 17 years at Unilever in various roles, culminating in Vice President of Savoury Foods for Central and Eastern Europe. Weening holds an MBA in Marketing & Strategic Management from the University of Amsterdam.
