Matt Harb is currently the Head of Product at Hemster. Prior to this, they served as Principal Product Manager at Visible from July 2020 to December 2020. There, they were responsible for creating simple, efficient and wildly reliable products to serve their members and grow their base. Before Visible, Matt worked as a Program Lead for Safety at Lyft from March 2018 to September 2019. There, they led a 15 person team of program specialists and senior specialists focused on Lyft's Trust & Safety organization. In addition to building out this role, they also focused on defining and improving their processes, building a data-driven culture, and organizing a high performing team set on delivering outcomes to improve customer experience. Some key initiatives and responsibilities during their time at Lyft include being appointed to a cost reduction initiative which reduced $200 million estimated costs yearly for their customer experience department, building and overseeing cross-functional SWOT teams focused on operational excellence and automation before the IPO, and improving AHT, FCR, and Cost per ride over quarterly goals in each quarter.
