Stef Sep is an experienced professional with a diverse background in the aluminium and packaging industries. Currently serving as a Process Improvement Specialist and Area Sales Manager at Hencon since October 2007, Stef focuses on enhancing production and safety for aluminium smelters and recyclers by developing tailored solutions based on extensive industry knowledge. Previous roles include Council Member at ICSOBA, Key Account Manager and Service Engineer at Strapex, and engineering positions at Brandstaff and Ben-air, where Stef gained valuable experience in various sectors. Educational achievements include degrees in sales, lean manufacturing, aircraft maintenance engineering, and a solid foundation in mathematics and sciences.
