Mark Conrad

Mark Conrad, MSIT, PMP, CSM, SA, serves as a Program Manager for a significant IT modernization project at the Comptroller of Maryland since April 2017. Previously, Mark has held senior leadership positions such as Sr. Program Manager at Hendall Inc. and Sr. Advisor, Client Engagement Manager at AARP. Mark's extensive experience includes roles as Senior Manager at Bearing Point, Senior Project Manager at IBM, and Senior Manager of Application Development at Amtrak. Early in Mark's career, Mark worked as a Computer Programmer at Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Washington DC. Mark's educational background includes a Master of Science in Information Technology and Business from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and a Bachelor of Music in Organ Performance from The Catholic University of America - Benjamin T Rome School of Music. Additional educational credentials were pursued at Temple University and The Juilliard School.
