Henderson Biomedical is a UK-based company specialising in the service, repair, calibration and sale of laboratory equipment, including centrifuges, heat sealers, refrigerators, freezers, incubators and more. Family-owned and established in 1987, our company has over 39 years of experience supporting laboratories across the United Kingdom.
Henderson Biomedical has a nationwide team of highly qualified engineers who can visit your site and provide first-class maintenance for your laboratory equipment, ensuring your instruments are always in peak condition. Our typical repair response time is the next working day and we hold over 15,000 spare parts in stock for both current and discontinued models. For routine maintenance, you can choose from one of our flexible Service Maintenance Agreements, with the option to mix and match different types of equipment onto a single agreement to simplify administration and reduce costs.
In addition to maintenance and repair, our engineers can perform UKAS calibration in line with ISO 17025:2017 standards, or provide standard calibration traceable to NPL standards. We are also ISO 9001 certified, CHAS and Reset accredited.

We also offer new and used laboratory equipment at competitive prices. Henderson Biomedical is the Preferred Partner for Hettich centrifuges and the exclusive UK distributor of Hawo heat sealers. We also work in partnership with other leading manufacturers including Memmert, Eupry, Branson, Hoshizaki, Gram, Labcold, Vestfrost and LEEC.
