Bradley Smith has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Bradley began their career in 2016 as a Youth Development Professional at Boys & Girls Clubs of Carlsbad, where they led students in various after-school activities and summer field trips. Bradley then took on a leadership role as a Membership Coordinator Assistant from 2018 to 2020 at the same organization.

In 2019, Bradley joined Cal Poly Racing as a Suspension Inboard Lead, where they conducted student research, built corner weighting jigs for the Formula One race car, and assisted with manufacturing parts using manual milling machines and lathes. Bradley also played a leadership role in designing rockers, links, and mounts for the suspension package.

Bradley's engineering career began in 2021 when they joined Henderson Engineers as a Mechanical Engineering Intern. Bradley then transitioned to a full-time role as a Mechanical Design Engineer in 2022.

Throughout their career, Bradley has also demonstrated their passion for community service by working at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Carlsbad as a Membership Department member from 2020 to 2021.
