Mike Fall

Mike Fall has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Mike started their career at Ghafari Associates as a Mechanical Engineer from August 1992 to September 1995, followed by working as a Mechanical Engineer at Hood-Rich Inc. from September 1995 to May 1997. Mike then joined Paul Mueller Company as an Application Engineer in the Refrigeration Department from May 1997 to February 1998.

From February 1998 to December 2010, Mike worked at Henderson Engineers, starting as a Mechanical Design Engineer and later advancing to the role of Associate/Team Leader. Mike continued their tenure at Henderson Engineers as a Team Leader/Principal from December 2017 to January 2022. Currently, Mike holds the position of Client Sector Practice Manager/Principal at Henderson Engineers, starting from January 2022 and continuing indefinitely.

Mike Fall attended Kansas State University from 1986 to 1992, where they earned a degree in Architectural Engineering with a focus on Engineering. In February 2023, they obtained a ClickUp Novice Certificate from ClickUp. Mike also holds a LEED AP certification, although the institution and specific dates of obtaining this certification are unknown.
