Ryan Schaefer

Ryan Schaefer has a diverse work experience in human resources and support roles. Ryan started their career at the Air National Guard as an Illinois Guardsman in 2014 and served until 2020. In 2019, they joined the University of Missouri-Columbia as a Business Support Specialist II and later transitioned to a Human Resource Specialist II role in 2021. Currently, Ryan is working as a Human Resources Generalist at Henderson Engineers.

Ryan Schaefer attended Western Governors University from 2022 to 2024, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management. In addition to their degree, Ryan also earned several certifications from Western Governors University, including a Leadership Certificate in November 2022, a Human Resource Management Certificate in September 2022, and a Strategic Thinking & Innovation Certificate in July 2022. Ryan also obtained a DoD Secret Clearance from the United States Department of Defense in 2014.
