Dwayne Rice

Dwayne Rice has a solid background in operations and business development. Dwayne previously worked at Henderson Services LLC as the Director of Operations, where they successfully implemented operational strategies and policies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Dwayne also worked alongside team members to ensure all systems and processes were running smoothly. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Business Development at the same company. Before joining Henderson Services LLC, Dwayne worked at Turner Construction as the Louisville SPD Project Manager, where they were responsible for managing costs, organizing and scheduling projects, and ensuring high-quality work. Dwayne also prioritized safety in all aspects of the construction projects.

Dwayne Rice's education history begins in 2000 when they enrolled at Northern Kentucky University. Dwayne pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, completing their studies in 2005.

In 2015, Dwayne Rice expanded their education by attending the University of Louisville College of Business Graduate Programs. There, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. Dwayne successfully completed their MBA studies in 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Dwayne Rice also obtained several certifications. In 2013, they completed the Emerging Leaders Program offered by the YPAL Young Professionals Association of Louisville. The specific month of completion is unknown.

In 2014, Dwayne Rice participated in the Focus Louisville program offered by the Leadership Louisville Center. Dwayne successfully obtained the certification in February of that year.

Lastly, in March 2023, Dwayne Rice completed the Emerging Managers Institute offered by FMI, earning another certification.
