Jorge Mateo is an experienced design professional with over 25 years in the architecture and interior design industry. Currently serving as Principal at Hendrick since January 2022, Mateo previously held the position of Director of Interiors at BKJ Architecture from May 2021 to January 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Associate Principal at tvsdesign and Senior Project Manager/Director of Interiors at Hoy+Stark Architects and Architects Lewis + Whitlock, PA. Mateo also managed the Interior Design Program for the United States Air Force while working at the US Department of Defense. Educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design from Florida State University.
