Chris Cox is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business process management and customer relationship management (CRM). Currently serving as Group Business Process Manager, DMS Project Manager, and Head of Group CRM at Hendy Group since April 2019, Chris is responsible for leading CRM strategy and process enhancements.
