Hengarth is two things, and they're not as different as they sound.

The first: a private 101-acre working farm and event venue in the Catskills, designed for corporate teams who need space to think, connect, and do real strategic work together — away from the noise, the screens, and the over-programmed agendas that make most corporate offsites a waste of everyone's time.

The second: hands-on GTM and marketing consulting for growth-stage companies navigating the moments that matter — new markets, new products, fundraising, scaling, exits. Led by Jen Manning, founder of Hengarth and a 20-year operator who has built brands, revenue engines, and go-to-market strategies for companies at every stage of growth.

Both exist for the same reason, and the same audience: ambitious companies and their people, who want clear thinking, real outcomes, and a partner who's been in the room when the stakes were high.

ON THE OFFSITE SIDE: Hengarth hosts private corporate offsites and company retreats for teams of 6–24 in an unrivaled setting. Exclusive use of the property, 2.5 hours from NYC. Historic barn, mountain viewing deck, luxury glamping accommodation, and facilitated strategy sessions for teams who want to come away with more than a slide deck. No stuffy conference rooms. No patterned carpets. Space to reconnect and get stuff done.

ON THE CONSULTING SIDE: GTM strategy, fractional CMO and marketing leadership, demand generation, product marketing, content, and RevOps — tailored to your growth goals. Engagements can stand alone or be combined with a facilitated workshop or offsite at Hengarth. Because sometimes the best strategic work happens when you get the team out of the building.

If you're a founder or leadership team at a growth-stage company — whether you need a strategy partner, a place to bring your team together, or both — this is what Hengarth is built for.
