Henka Group is a business transformation company with a difference. We give our methods, approach, tools and thinking to our clients. We are teachers not consultants. We are coaches not instructors. Henka Group is comprised of individuals chosen for their senior management exposure in business transformation, service design and innovation, Lean and customer service.  Businesses where we’ve worked previously include GE, Citibank, P&G and Standard Chartered. We believe our experience offers clients a unique opportunity to work with a partner with real hands-on experience. We love what we do. Our passion is to help businesses be self-reliant in transformation and continuous improvement. We don’t just help our clients get better. We teach them how to get better.
We work globally, however our focus is on helping organisations in Asia and the Middle East. We live and work in Asia. Henka Group is a registered Singapore business.

What we do:
We build capability. We transfer our skills, learning, experience and methods on how to improve and transform their processes, products, businesses and customer experience. When you don’t need us anymore our work is done.
Our training methods are hands on, work on real business problems and provide skills and tools that can be used from day 1 to provide real business benefits.We work with service organizations primarily focusing on Banking and Insurance to deliver real bottom line improvements.
