Alan Kandel

Alan Kandel is currently the Global Quality Engineering Manager at Henkel Corporation, where they oversee quality management for multiple manufacturing plants across various industries. Previously, Alan held several positions at Henkel, including Director of Quality for Aerospace and Quality Improvement Manager, focusing on standards and lean quality improvements. Alan's career began at Ablestik Laboratories, where they contributed as a development and process engineer, among other roles, from 1994 to 2010. Alan holds a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Syracuse University.
