Alin Tuca

Alin Tuca is the Head of IT Service Delivery for Romania and Bulgaria at Henkel, where they provide leadership and management to the IT department. They have been with Henkel since 2007, focusing on enhancing IT solutions and managing the IT budget to align with the company's strategic objectives. Prior to this role, Alin served as the IT Communication Manager at ALTEX Romania from 2003 to 2007, where they successfully renegotiated service contracts and designed network infrastructures for new stores. Alin holds a diploma in Project Management from Henkel Academy and an engineering degree in Networks and Software for Telecommunication from Universitatea „Politehnica” din București.
