Andy Swain is currently the Innovation Strategy Manager at Henkel, where they have worked since 2008, following a role as European PD Manager. They previously contributed to R&D at National Starch and Chemical from 1996 to 2008. Andy earned a BSc Hons in Material Science from Brunel University of London, graduating in 1996.
