Bas Grobben is an accomplished business leader currently serving as the VP of Strategy, Transformation, and Project Management at Henkel, where they define and implement transformational projects for the Americas. With a background in regional sales and marketing management, Bas has successfully driven growth across mature and emerging markets. They have held various leadership roles at Henkel, including Global Marketing Head and Regional Business & Marketing Head for IMEA, focusing on strategic initiatives and post-merger integrations. Bas earned a Master of Science in Business Administration from RSM Erasmus University and holds a CEMS MIM degree in International Management.
